Yes. All orders over £20 qualify for free standard UK delivery. Orders under £20 are subject to a £5.99 shipping fee calculated at checkout.

We accept refund and exchange requests on unused unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first before sending anything back. Email support@beyondmush.com with your order number and reason and we will find the best resolution.

Email support@beyondmush.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographic evidence. Where a valid claim is submitted we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Yes. All physical products are made from food grade BPA free silicone, safe for babies and young children from around 6 months. Always supervise your child during use.

All silicone products can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. Silicone is naturally resistant to staining and odours.

Our products are designed for babies from around 6 months when weaning typically begins. Many products including bibs and spoon sets are suitable through toddlerhood and beyond.
